1. Before the stamp leaves
You may request a hold or cancellation from Track & Support while the order is still in the packing queue and has not been handed to the courier.
2. After handover
Once a packet is with the carrier, cancellation is no longer available. You may refuse delivery where the courier allows, or open a remedy ticket if the packet qualifies under the Remedy Code.
3. Merchant holds
Apex traders may pause or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, stock exhaustion, or pin non-serviceability. Prepaid amounts for cancelled prepaid orders are returned to the original rail.
4. How to ask
Use Track & Support with your order ID, or write to the desk listed on the Desk Registry. Include the SKUs you need held.
